Our organization is fully committed to the principles of financial inclusion and operates according to high standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability.

MDO “FINCA” Tajikistan does not tolerate any illegal or criminal activity by its employees, clients, or structural divisions. We take necessary measures to prevent and combat money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery, corruption, and other financial crimes, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Policy, the organization ensures compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, international standards, and internal regulations aimed at maintaining high ethical principles and an effective compliance control system.

Our principles

FINCA Tajikistan does not allow:

  • bribery and corruption in any form;
  • receiving or providing illegal rewards, kickbacks and other undue advantages;
  • abuse of office for personal gain;
  • fraud, theft of property of the organization or clients;
  • actions related to terrorist financing and money laundering.

Corruption is understood as the abuse of official powers, authority or official position for the purpose of obtaining personal gain or providing such gain to third parties.

Compliance with anti-corruption legislation

FINCA Tajikistan complies with the following requirements:

  • Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ( FCPA) Corrupt Practices Act , FCPA);
  • Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Combating Corruption”;
  • Code of Ethics and internal regulatory documents of the organization.

The organization prohibits any form of bribes, kickbacks, incentive and facilitating payments, except in cases expressly provided for by law and agreed upon in the established manner.

Reporting Violations

FINCA Tajikistan has mechanisms in place for confidential reporting of potential violations, including cases of corruption, fraud, abuse of power, and other unethical actions.

All reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with the company’s internal procedures. FINCA Tajikistan guarantees that no reprisals will be made against individuals who report potential violations in good faith.

Employee responsibility

Every employee is obliged to comply with the requirements of the Code of Ethics and to promptly report any facts or suspicions of corruption, fraud, theft, bribery or other violations.

Employees involved in corrupt practices, fraud, theft of organizational or client assets, or attempts to commit such acts, are subject to disciplinary action, including dismissal and referral of materials to law enforcement agencies.

Gift Policy

FINCA Tajikistan maintains strict rules regarding gifts and business hospitality.

Only gifts of symbolic value and business courtesies are permitted that:

  • comply with business ethics;
  • are not excessive or expensive;
  • do not influence decision making;
  • are not provided in cash.

It is prohibited to accept or provide gifts, services or other advantages that could be construed as a bribe or a means of influencing business decisions.

Training and awareness raising

As part of the implementation of the anti-corruption program, FINCA Tajikistan annually conducts training for employees on the following issues:

  • combating corruption and bribery;
  • FCPA compliance;
  • identification of corruption risks;
  • application of best international practices of corporate ethics.

Regular training and briefings help employees identify potential violations early and maintain high standards of good business conduct.
