We are delighted to celebrate a significant milestone — our FINCA Women Club has turned 2 years old! In 2024, we achieved remarkable success and created a unique community that brings together over 2,486 women striving for development and financial independence.

In 2024, we are proud to share that within our Club:

• 342 members have become deposit clients,

• 2,682 women have received loans to implement their business ideas,

• 1,191 users are actively using our cards.

We have held 56 events, including training sessions, seminars, focus groups, and forums covering important topics such as “Financial Literacy,” “Digital Financial Literacy,” “One-Day Intensive on SMM,” and “State Registration of Entrepreneurial Activities.” These events have helped 854 participants expand their knowledge and skills.

We are also proud that two of our Club members were awarded in the “Successful Women Entrepreneurs in Agriculture” category at the AMFOT competition. Additionally, our Club took 2nd place in the “Best Financial and Credit Organization for Implementing Projects Supporting Women Entrepreneurs” category.

Equally important, two of our members have been appointed as “Club Ambassadors,” highlighting their active role in the development of our community. We also held a forum with the Supervisory Board of FINCA Tajikistan, where we discussed important issues and future plans.
