We are thrilled to recognize Sharipova Shahrinisso from Yavan district and Nizomova Mahbuba from Shahtituz district for their remarkable contributions to the growth and development of our Women Club.

Both participants were awarded the title of “Ambassador of the FINCA Women Club” and received the opportunity to visit the Shokhambari sanatorium for their outstanding efforts and contribution to the development of the Club.

Our participant activists were selected based on the following criteria:

• Attracting more members to the FINCA Women’s Club;
• Participation in FINCA Women’s Club events and organization of participants;
• Active client of FINCA Tajikistan;
• Knowledge sharing after training and events with other women (fellow villagers).

Since the founding of the FINCA Women Club, Shahrinisso has proven to be a true leader, actively working to expand our community. Her determination and ability to connect with people have made the club more accessible to new members, fostering growth and diversity within our circle.

Similarly, Mahbuba has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment since the establishment of the club. Her dedication has created a welcoming environment for new members, contributing greatly to the club’s expansion and inclusivity.
