Amid Tashrifbekov has more than 20 years of experience in banking and financial services, including executive leadership positions across Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. He possesses extensive expertise in commercial banking, MSME finance, digital financial services, risk management, treasury, and operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has successfully led business transformation initiatives, introduced innovative financial products, and strengthened organizational performance and governance.

During his leadership career, Amid has held senior positions with FINCA Tajikistan, ICB Tajikistan (formerly FMFB Tajikistan), and Oasis Credit in Uzbekistan. He has played a pivotal role in expanding digital financial services, developing payment solutions, improving operational efficiency, and fostering sustainable business growth.

Amid holds an Executive MBA in International Management from Steinbeis University, Berlin, and is a Certified International Accountant (CAP/CIPA) and Certified Expert in SME Finance.
