Dushanbe, Tajikistan — FINCA Tajikistan today announced the appointment of Andriy Palka as its new Chief Executive Officer, charged with delivering on the institution’s mission to end poverty through access to responsible financial services and education across the country.

Mr. Palka brings over two decades of experience in banking, finance, and strategic leadership across Central Asia and Eastern Europe. His global perspective and proven track record of driving institutional growth and transformation will be instrumental in shaping FINCA Tajikistan’s future.

Most recently, Andriy served as Chair of the Management Board and CEO of Imon International, one of Tajikistan’s leading financial institutions. There, he led a team of more than 1,500 employees across 130 branches and service centers, guiding the organization through strategic growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence. His career also includes senior leadership roles in Ukraine’s banking sector, including Chairman of the Board at DVBank, where he oversaw exponential asset growth and national recognition.
