FINCA Tajikistan has achieved the highest level of Client Protection Certification granted by global rating agency MFR, based on guidelines provided by Cerise+SPTF.

Client Protection Certification is an independent, third-party evaluation. Gold certification means FINCA Tajikistan meets the most rigorous standards of Client Protection found in Cerise+SPTF’s Universal Standards for Social Performance Management.

Sergey Kim, CEO of FINCA Tajikistan, said protecting customers is FINCA Tajikistan’s first priority.

FINCA Tajikistan joins FINCA Impact Finance subsidiaries in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Guatemala, Jordan, Kosovo, and Kyrgyzstan in earning gold certification. The network’s Democratic Republic of the Congo and Malawi subsidiaries have earned silver certification.
