The FINCA Women Club held a free seminar on the topic of “State Registration of Entrepreneurial Activity” featuring Uguloi Boboeva, a lawyer and attorney from the “Kafolat” law firm.

The seminar took place on November 23 at 9:00 AM at the FINCA Tajikistan microfinance organization branch located in the center of Dushanbe.

During the event, the following key topics were discussed:

• • Organizational and legal forms
• • The One-Stop Shop principle
• • Taxation rules for entrepreneurial activities
• • Liability for unregistered entrepreneurial activities

Participants showed great interest in the seminar and asked numerous questions, highlighting the importance of the topics discussed.
