Today, June 17, 2025, a job fair took place at the branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University in Dushanbe, bringing together representatives of leading companies and students interested in building a successful career.

MDO “FINCA” actively participated in the event, presenting students and graduates with employment opportunities, internships, and professional development within the organization. Visitors to the “FINCA” booth received detailed information about current job openings, working conditions, as well as the corporate culture and social programs for employees.

Company representatives answered questions from young professionals and shared the advantages of working in the microfinance sector. Informational materials and gifts featuring the company logo were also distributed at the event, and everyone had the opportunity to leave their resume or register quickly through a QR code.

Participation in such events is an important part of “FINCA’s” strategy to attract and develop young talent ready to contribute to the sustainable development of Tajikistan’s financial sector.
