From April to May 2025, a representative from the fire service of FINCA Tajikistan conducted a series of on-site briefings and training sessions at all branches, starting from the Head Office. The main goal of these activities was to increase employees’ knowledge in the areas of labor protection, fire and physical safety, sanitation, and emergency response.

At the Head Office of FINCA Tajikistan, a training session was held with the participation of a fire service representative, where safe work practices, first aid kit contents, first aid provision, and responsible management of company property were discussed. Employees took a test, the results of which showed a high level of preparedness and engagement.

All branches underwent an assessment of working conditions, discussing needs and shortcomings. The team demonstrated a serious attitude towards adhering to safety standards, highlighting the importance of each individual’s responsibility for the safety of those around us.
