On January 10 and 11 of this year, the FINCA Women Club held a two-day training focused on developing leadership qualities and SMM skills in Khujand city, with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Tajikistan.

The event gathered a large number of women from various fields who are eager to enhance their leadership skills and social media management abilities.

Participants actively engaged in the learning process, studying effective management strategies and promotion techniques in social networks. Throughout the training, they completed practical tasks that helped reinforce the knowledge gained and build confidence in their leadership qualities.

The second day of training was conducted in collaboration with SmartHub TJ, well-known organizers of online training sessions. This partnership allowed for an expansion of educational horizons and introduced participants to new formats of interaction.
