FINCA Tajikistan took part at the recent International Financial Forum “ESG as a Factor of Sustainable Economic Development,” held on October 31, 2024 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The event, organized by the Association of Financial Organizations of Tajikistan, brought together industry experts to discuss pressing issues of environmental and social responsibility.

FINCA Tajikistan’s delegation, led by CEO Sergey Kim and CFO Abunasr Sharipov, actively participated in various forum sessions. The team showcased the organization’s commitment to sustainable finance by presenting products and services at the accompanying fair.

A highlight of the forum was a panel discussion focused on supporting women entrepreneurs. Gulnoza Solieva, FINCA Tajikistan’s Women’s Inclusion Program Manager, presented the remarkable achievements of the FINCA Women’s Club. This initiative has empowered countless women, providing them with essential financial literacy and business skills.

In recognition of his significant contributions to the development of the banking sector in Tajikistan, CFO Abunasr Sharipov was honored with a diploma.
