From January 21 to 24, 2025, Bokhtar and Kulyab cities hosted inspiring training sessions on “Leadership Development and SMM.” The events were organized by the FINCA Women Club with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Tajikistan.

Participants from various regions not only deepened their knowledge but also gained practical tools for business promotion and personal growth.

The training program included two key areas. In the leadership sessions, business trainer Akhmedov Bobokhon shared strategies for team management, decision-making, and motivation. In the SMM module, participants learned the basics of targeted advertising, content planning, and audience analysis. Special thanks we express to the SmartHub team for their assistance in organization and expert contributions.

Participants highly appreciated the practical format: workshops, case studies, and group discussions allowed them to immediately apply their knowledge. Such initiatives strengthen women’s entrepreneurship and open new opportunities for small business development in the regions.
