FINCA Tajikistan, under the “Financial Literacy” project, supported by the World Bank Group: IFC, held a training session on the topic that is relevant today – “Personal Savings Development”. The session was organized for the staf During this month, FINCA Tajikistan dedicates all efforts and activities to the subject of saving, explaining to the population the possibility of saving even if you have small income, the formation of “safety cushion” for the family budget and proper planning of large expenditures (purchases).
The first positive feedback was received from the participants and it shows the relevance and necessity of working with the population in this direction. FINCA believes that financially educated population, can easily overcome life’s difficulties and conduct the selection of a particular financial product more competently.
This year, all employees have been studied the basics of financial literacy and, from the beginning of August 2015 started providing consultations to population (there is no need to be a customer for obtaining free consultation). Meetings with community and providing training on basic financial literacy topics, are also part of a project “Financial Literacy”, which successfully implements by FINCA Tajikistan.f of the International Airport of Dushanbe.
