In honor of International Women’s Day, FINCA Tajikistan, within the framework of the FINCA Women Club, held focus groups with women to discuss important issues related to their financial well-being and development. Focus groups were held from March 4 to 7 in the cities of Bokhtar, Hissar, Dushanbe and in the district of not All.
The focus group participants shared their success stories, the challenges they face in the field of finance, and their needs and expectations from financial institutions. These discussions helped FINCA better understand the needs of women in order to develop more effective strategies to support women in finance.
We thank all the participants for their valuable contribution, for their openness and willingness to share their thoughts and experiences. Together, we can continue to work to create a more equal and inclusive financial environment in which every woman will have the opportunity to achieve her financial goals.
